When you use the Borla Commando Customer App, you may provide us with the following types of information:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and phone number.
- Waste Pickup Details: When you request a pickup, you provide information about your waste, including its type (Organic, Inorganic, or General), size, and your desired pickup location.

- Payment Information: When you make a payment, you provide necessary details for Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT) or Card transactions. Please note that while we facilitate these payments, sensitive payment card details are processed directly by our third-party payment service providers and are not stored on our servers.

2.2 Information Collected Through Permissions
Our App requests specific permissions on your device to enable certain functionalities:

- Photos/Media Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): We request access to your photo library to allow you to select and upload existing photos or images of your waste from your device for our "Photo Estimation" feature. We only access your photo library when you explicitly choose to use this feature.
No other data types beyond Photos/Images and the user-provided information listed above are collected directly by the App based on our current architecture and detected permissions. We do not collect device identifiers, location data (beyond what you explicitly provide for pickup), usage data, or diagnostic data automatically without your explicit consent or direct input, and no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are used for such collection.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain Our Services: We use your account information, waste details, and location data to process your pickup requests, schedule collections, and ensure our riders can locate and collect your waste efficiently.
- To Facilitate Waste Categorization and Estimation: Photos/images you upload are used to help us and our riders accurately assess the type and volume of waste, leading to more precise pricing and better service preparation.
- To Process Payments: Payment information is used to securely process transactions for our services via Mobile Money or Card.
- To Communicate with You: We use your contact information to send you updates about your pickups, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.

We do not store sensitive payment card information on our servers.
- Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., for storing your account information and uploaded photos). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
